**(Let me preface this post by saying this: Don’t ever interpret my talking about being busy here on my blog to mean that I don’t have time to do a photo session with you! Recently I’ve had some people say to me that they were going to refer someone to me, or they were going to contact me for a session – but they didn’t because they thought I was too busy and they didn’t want to bother me. Eeps! So, let me clarify – I’m busy – but I’m never too busy for sessions! This is a natural progression in my move to going full-time with photography. It’s okay that I’m insanely busy – it is what must happen in order for me to get where I want to go! It is just part of the transition and I am HAPPY to be busy because it means I’m that much closer to reaching my dreams! So keep the referrals coming, and keep contacting me to photograph your family, your babies, and your weddings!! I’m loving every moment of this process – no matter how busy I may be!) 🙂

This week was a whirlwind and I really can’t believe it’s Friday already. Eek! (Would anybody else be okay with time slowing down a bit??)
This week included a visit from a dear friend, ‘bride & grooming’ for Justin & Mary’s workshop (sneak peek here!), and ends with another long day at the office/day job. (You see, taking that many days off doesn’t come easy… it means working a week’s worth of hours in 3 days. Which is, well, completely exhausting if we’re being honest.)
And because of all the long days this week, I haven’t had as much time for blogging as I would like. Earlier this week, I had this grand idea that I was going to share a ton of sessions with you guys…. but when you work 12-hour days and don’t get home until 9pm, that kind of puts a damper on any productivity you had in mind (especially when you are scrambling to stay caught up at the office, busting your butt to meet deadlines, and completely mentally drained by the time you lay eyes on your front door.)
Anyway – the point is – I’m insanely excited about these sessions and want so badly to share with you guys, but just haven’t had the time this week! So to alleviate some of my desire to share, I’m going to do one, big, joint sneak peek for you right now – with one photo from each session. Yay!!! And then hopefully next week I will have better luck with sharing the full posts for each session. Sound good? Good! 🙂
