I often forget how lucky I am to live in this great city. I get so caught up in the day to day in our little neighborhood and home life (especially in the winter) – that I forget how beautiful Chicago is sometimes! But this weekend I got to spend both Saturday and Sunday afternoon down at Millennium Park shooting engagement sessions and was more than reminded of how much I love Chicago!
After Sunday’s session – the sun was down, the city lights were up, and the sky was turning a deep blue. I was walking back to my car when I noticed the Luminous Field installation at The Bean. Naturally, I couldn’t help but be a tourist in my own city and snap a few photos before I headed home!
