I’ve been dying to share this engagement session with you guys and am so happy it is ready to show the world! I first met Trisha and Sean at a last minute meeting just after Christmas when they were in town from San Diego spending time with family for the holidays. I got an email from Sean, I replied immediately, and since it turned out they were only available to meet while they were in town – we squeezed in a meet-up at our place within an hour or so of his initial inquiry! Thank goodness the house just happened to be recently cleaned! haha.
James was at the gym when all this went down so I realized I had to wrangle Chloe somehow while they were there to chat about their wedding. Thank goodness these two (& Trisha’s mom, who came along) are dog lovers and handled our crazy Chloe with grace! haha! She was jumping all over them and demanding attention on and off throughout our meeting and these guys were so amazing about it. I knew right then and there that these were my kind of people!! 🙂
They were home for their shower a few weeks ago and we managed to squeeze in their engagement session during their trip! They don’t get back to Chicago as often as they would like – so we made a point to hit up as many spots during their engagements session as possible! Thankfully Trisha’s dad offered to chauffeur us around the city – which made hitting up all these spots a breeze!! Trisha and Sean are so laid back and sweet together – you just can’t help but feel at ease in their presence. Obviously these two are ridiculously good looking, but more than that – the energy they have together is so beautiful. I loved getting to see how they love each other and capture that in these images. We had just the best night in Chicago for this session and I couldn’t be happier with how these turned out! Now I seriously cannot wait for their wedding at the Newberry Library this fall!!!
