You know I couldn’t let this day pass without attempting to get my costume-hating dog into a costume!! I was smart about it this time though and got her when she was at her sleepiest and happy to see me after I’d been out shooting a session all afternoon. I walked in, tempted her with peanut butter, and convinced her to don this “lion costume” (which I promptly realized didn’t look much like a lion – and instead looked more like a wealthy lady wearing a fur-lined cardigan. Fail.)
Then I realized the one simple adjustment I had to make! Her ears!!! I had to cover her massive ears!
Success.
