I have to say – when I get an email from a soon-to-be groom planning his surprise Chicago proposal to his girlfriend – I squeal a little. (I do.) I absolutely adore shooting proposals and love even more that I get to help iron out all the details and most importantly, keep the soon-to-be groom sane in the weeks leading up to the big moment!
Gautam contacted me just a week or so ago to see if I was available to capture his proposal to his longtime love, Preeti. Naturally, I was SO happy that it happened to be a date I was free AND that the weather was supposed to be unseasonably warm (almost 80 degrees in Chicago)!! A perfect combination!! 🙂
Numerous emails, and scribbled on google maps later – we were in our places at the Adler Planetarium and ready to make this proposal happen!
This is when everybody there cheered after she said YES! 🙂 So cute!
