What an honor it is to be a part of people’s lives through all the stages!! I photographed Alison way back when for her senior portraits, and so it was a bit of a time warp to realize she is somehow grown enough to be getting married now!! (Does that mean I have aged too?! Ah!) Seeing her as the beautiful woman she is now and with such an adoring and sweet fiancé by her side was just such an awesome thing to witness.
These two have an ease about them when they are together and it was truly such a beautiful thing to capture. We had the most gorgeous Chicago evening for their session, and at my all time favorite location – Museum Campus! Between the white marble columns, the gardens, the stairs, the light, and the perfect skyline view at sunset to close out the session – you just can’t go wrong!
