If you guys have been following us for a while, you know this one is a unique event for us to cover and our first time doing so! This family is extra special to us because we got to know Lyric and her mom, Luz, when they modeled for us for one of our commercial shoots a few years back!! (You can see photos HERE! :)) We just fell in love with their family and I’ve been hoping Luz will tell me all her secrets for raising such phenomenal children like she did Lyric and her brother, Damian!
Anyway, obviously we were so honored that Luz wanted us to be a part of this incredible day in their lives that they have been dreaming about for so long!! Her baby girl is 15 and she deserves all the celebrating!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about what a driven, kind, intelligent, and (obviously) beautiful young woman Lyric is! I can’t wait to see what she does from here because her potential is truly endless!!
Here is a look at the beautiful March day we had with their family celebrating this milestone! (I may or may not have been crying through a lot of the mass because I kept looking at Luz, who was just a ball of tears, and thinking – how do our babies grow up so quickly?! Before I know it Micah and Gabe will be in high school too, won’t they?! Oh my gosh…. But I digress. Let’s get to the photos!)
