Nobody plans a late September wedding anticipating highs in the 90’s! But somehow – that is what Britt and AJ got – and like no one else could… these two took that crazy hot September day and ran with it! Somehow they continued to look flawless throughout the entire day and had THE BEST time doing it (while James and I were straight sweating through our clothes and not looking nearly as glamorous! haha)!! The group of friends and family they had surrounding them were truly SO amazing to work with and so wonderful even as we baked outside in the sun for some of the locations where we did portraits! (I guess I shouldn’t be surprised they had such an awesome crew, given how wonderful these two are to begin with!)
Britt and AJ are such an amazing couple and while they are both very detail oriented and driven, they also know how to let loose and enjoy themselves – especially on their big day (and their first dance was one for the books)! They are down to earth, easy to talk to, and truly love those around them with their whole hearts through not just their words, but more importantly – through their actions. I saw them show each other grace, patience and kindness throughout their wedding day and engagement session and I know that those traits will lend themselves so well to their marriage ahead. They truly have a beautiful life ahead of them.
