This month marks 10 years that James and I have been together, which is really kind of insane to me, because I feel like I just met him a couple years ago!! I truly don’t know how time has gone by so quickly and at the same time am so thankful that it still feels so new to me – because I think that’s a good sign for our relationship! Right?!
I always get to thinking about marriage and time passing when I document other couples who are celebrating anniversaries… especially couples like Sal and Joe who were celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary when I documented them this past summer!! First of all they certainly don’t look old enough to have been together 40 years already, and secondly – they sure were so adorable together for having been together that long too!!
I loved getting to spend some time with this beautiful family as they celebrated their parents’ anniversary! Here are some of my favorite moments from our time together wandering around Millennium Park and the Art Institute Gardens!
