One of the nice things about wedding season slowing down is that I get to fill my winters with cozy indoor sessions! Lately my calendar has been filled with newborn cuddles. I feel so lucky to get to document this beautiful time for families!
I’m not big on the “traditional” newborn sessions you see elsewhere. I love the little moments between the parents and baby more. Maybe it is just me, but I find those tiny little bits of time so moving… a dad comforting his crying daughter, a mom whispering sweet nothings into her baby’s ear, a tiny hand gripping a parent’s finger… it is all so beautiful.
Here are some of my favorite moments from sweet Evelyn Rose’s session… (whose name I am especially fond of because those are my niece’s middle names! Yes, she has two!)
