Deeya + Brian ~ the Wit Wedding ~ Chicago Downtown Wedding Photography

Well, I just want to start out by professing mine and James’ love for Deeya and Brian and also to publicly scold them for making me cry in front of everybody at their wedding when they were kind enough to call us out and thank us during their speech at their reception. Who does that?! (Seriously though, that’s a moment James and I will never forget. You guys have no idea how much that meant to us.)

Now, moving on… these two are the best!!! Their love is just SO apparent to anybody around to witness it! These two are like peanut butter and jelly, mac n’ cheese, beer and pizza… just the perfect compliment to one another in every way!! They are so sweet, caring, and amazing to one another – it is an inspiration to see. So of course their wedding day was one just oozing with love and laughter. They had family and friends come to celebrate with them from all over the WORLD, and it is no wonder – given what fabulous people Deeya and Brian are to all those lucky enough to call them their friends.

They had the most stunning affair at theWit Hotel in downtown Chicago. It was perfectly “Chicago” in every way – from the view out the ballroom windows of the Chicago Theater, to their table numbers of historic Chicago landmarks, to the quintessential stops we made along the way for photos… Olive Park, Union Station, and the Chicago Board of Trade! We had a beautiful November day for their wedding, and the rain held off until we were all safely indoors for their cozy and romantic candlelit ceremony! All of it was perfectly pulled off thanks to Melissa at Clementine Events. I just couldn’t help but mention her here because she was simply amazing to work with and made the day go off without a hitch!

Deeya and Brian ~ THANK YOU from the bottom of our big, welled up hearts. You two are some of the best people we are blessed to call friends and I just cannot wait to see what life has in store for the two of you. No doubt it will be a wonderful life filled with so much happiness and love, as you both deserve. I hope you loooove these photos and they bring you joy for a lifetime to look back on!
