Well this session certainly has me wishing there is some way I could get to Texas for Claire & Adam’s wedding!!! But I suppose the 2nd best thing to that is hitting up a ton of amazing locations in Chicago for an extended engagement session all over this gorgeous city! Oh… and did I mention the part about picking up their adorable pup, Pico, for the last location at Montrose Dog Beach?! (He happens to be Chloe’s long lost twin (minus the ears) – so I was pretty much in heaven.)
Claire and Adam were so laid back and awesome to work with – I seriously had the best time with them! We had an absolutely perfect day for their engagement session and somehow the light just kept getting better and better as the evening went on!!!
I’m pretty stoked about these photos so instead of chatting nonstop I’ll let you get to checking them out!! These are some of my favorites from our time together! (Clearly I had trouble narrowing these down because I loved so many! Oops!)
We started at University of Chicago campus, where Adam attended. I love when couples request this location, because I really can’t get enough of it! It’s so gorgeous there!
Then we headed to Kinzie Street Bridge for location number 2, where we could catch a glimpse of the Sears (ahem, sorry – Willis) Tower – where Adam proposed to Claire!
The light was just divine! I could have photographed these two here all day!

And then we headed to Montrose Dog Beach where I finally met their awesome pup, Pico!!!
Awwww!!! I can’t handle the doggie cuteness!!! haha!
Then we decided to do a few more of just the two of them, but Pico stayed close by and just had to get back in the shot… (just wait… haha)…
