These two are about as sweet as they come (and also beautiful & super stylish!) – and I shouldn’t be surprised since they were referred to me by some of my favorite clients, Morgan & Brady, and Jodi & Michael!
Sonja & Praveen wanted to squeeze in an engagement session before they set off on their next adventure – moving to NYC! On the original date we had planned for the session it ended up being super cloudy with a serious chance of rain, so we rescheduled it for the following Monday. Then Monday came and I thought we were good to go… that is until I got to North Avenue Beach and realized the city (near the lake) was COVERED in dense fog! Ah! These two are so awesome they were up for anything so they followed me in their car until I found some light we could work with and we shot there. (Talk about flexible!)
The light ended up being beautiful – but we missed the Chicago skyline shots they so badly wanted to document their time in Chicago before moving out east. So we met up a couple days later and snagged some skyline and sunshine shots on a much clearer night later that week! Perfection! And it was nice because I got a little extra time with these two before they move. 🙂
