I’m so excited to share this engagement session with you guys – of course because these two look fabulous, but also because they are our dear friends!!! I’ve known Melissa since we were tiny little kids playing basketball against each other in junior high (if you’re surprised that I played basketball – you ought to be. I was terrible. haha), and we’ve only gotten closer as the years have gone by! We both were in Madison attending UW at the same time, and most recently lived in Chicago – where we made some crazy memories together on our double-dates before those two left us for the frozen tundra of Wisconsin! The four of us don’t get to double date and hang out as much as we’d like to now – but it was SO GREAT to have them back in the city for their session, and to celebrate James’ birthday a few days early last weekend!
Anyway – now that you know the history of this photo shoot and our friendship – I should probably go ahead and show you the photos, huh?! haha 😉 I love these two so much!!! And I can’t wait for their wedding in the Dominican Republic next February!!!
