I’m so excited to introduce you guys to Season and Chris! We met a few months back to chat about their wedding and hit it off immediately. 🙂 Chris and Season are both graphic designers – and Chris (like myself at the time) works a day job as a designer while also running his own quickly growing business on the side – so we had a ton to chat about! Needless to say – I’m SO excited to see what their wedding looks like with all their personal touches and designs added in the mix!
As I’m sure you’ll notice – Chris and Season are totally adorable together. They love to be goofy and make each other (and me) laugh. And while they can be silly – they can also be serious and super sweet together (check out the picture of Chris playing with her hair – do you see how he is looking at her?! LOVE IT).
For their engagement session we met down near Lincoln Park Zoo and wandered all over the area, including the Lily Pond (GORGEOUS!) for photos. In typical Chicago fashion, the weather went from completely beautiful and shockingly warm for late October, to really cold, windy and raining by the end of the session! While the weather at the end wasn’t ideal – it sure made for some cool shots along Lake Michigan with the skyline in the background!
I loved this session and absolutely can’t wait for their wedding next August!

This is a horse shoe from Season’s grandma’s pony… How cute is that tiny little thing?! I loved that they brought that personal touch to go along with Season’s engagement ring (the diamond was also her grandma’s). BEAUTIFUL.
Rain puddles + blue skies + clouds + skyline + cute couple = LOVE!
