Christy and Ed’s wedding day was the first day I met the two of them – but that made no difference. They were laid back and up for anything, which made the experience an absolute blast for everybody! In fact, just a little ways into the portrait portion of their day, Ed was suggesting all sorts of things for photos – which I absolutely loved! There is nothing better than my clients being as enthusiastic about the photo process as I am!
These two are both so down-to-earth, kind, and easy-going, it is clear why they fit so well together. And even though Christy and Ed were married during one of the HOTTEST days Wisconsin has seen all summer… you didn’t hear one complaint out of them about anything. They were so genuinely excited to be married and enjoying their day that it was contagious to all of us around them! 🙂
(The church where they were married was attached to the elementary school Christy attended, so the bridal room was actually one of her old classrooms! I loved that the room had meaning/memories for her, so I decided to leave the dress right where it was for photos…)
All the guys were helping each other out — I loved it!
Christy said she couldn’t do a serious face… but I think she proved herself wrong here! Beautiful!!!
Then Ed came up and showed us both how GQ he was… and as soon as I mentioned it he jokingly said he’d been watching a lot of Zoolander lately for modeling practice. haha! (See the pics after these… too funny!) 🙂
