Melissa + Ryan ~ Greenhouse Loft Wedding ~ JW Marriott Wedding ~ Chicago Wedding Photography

I am crazy about these two!! And as it turns out – they don’t have a clue how ridiculously attractive of a couple they are! I remember in our first meeting they both said over and over how they are awkward in front of a camera and not photogenic, and I’m not sure if they are just totally clueless or were fibbing – but boy were they wrong! Melissa & Ryan are such a beautiful couple and treated James and I like gold on their wedding day. We could not have had a better time spending the day with them!

We started out with preparation photos at the gorgeous JW Marriott Chicago (I may have to book a room here & have a staycation with James! The bathroom alone was unbelievable! I could have photographed in there all day!! Is that weird?! haha). I was in awe of all Melissa’s classic and elegant pieces. Everything she wore had a classic understated beauty to it – so her own beauty was able to shine through. And can I just talk about her dress really quickly?! I’m obsessed. The fabric was amazing and the whole thing fit her like a glove! She just radiated in this gown and I looooved photographing her in it! (I’m pretty sure Ryan didn’t mind it either! haha)

Melissa & Ryan – It has been an absolute honor working with you two!! You guys are so much fun, so sweet together, and so humble. I just cannot say enough good things about you two as a couple and am so unbelievably happy for you!
