I was contacted by the amazing team at Chez Event Space a few months ago and was asked if I’d be interested in shooting their 2018 Wedding Pop Up Event … to which of course, I said Yes!
Chez is by far one of our favorite venues to shoot at in the city and we love working with the amazing people there whenever possible!! How the event works is that Chez curates a team of some of the best wedding vendors in the city who then form “dream teams” of sorts that partner up to create one of a kind vignettes in the space at Chez. The vignettes are basically wedding installations intended for engaged couples to peruse for ideas and inspiration!
The event was so well planned and so impressive to see come together!! The space was filled with couples all day long and I had the best time seeing what all these super talented wedding vendor-friends of ours came up with!!
The first beautifully romantic vignette below was put together by Art of Imagination, Sweet Chic Events, and Jewell Events Catering.
The next vignette was a stunning botanical wedding theme done by The Flower Firm, Events by Grace, and Blue Plate.
The following vignette was so rich in colors and inspired by the the Pantone™ Color of the Year, Ultra Violet. It was the result of an awesome collaboration between Kehoe Designs, Food For Thought, Studio M Chicago, The Festive Frog, and BBJ Linens.
The final vignette I just loved I think because it felt so moody and different than anything we normally see at weddings lately! It was put together by Revel Décor and Shannon Gail Events, with food bye Limelight Catering.
Other fabulous vendors took part with their own space to provide advice on their areas of expertise, including, J Toor, Jenny Yoo Collection, Kate Johnson Artistry, Okyne Media Lab, and Amy Beck Cake Design .
It was such an inspiring event and so much fun spending the day with some of our favorite vendor teams and meeting some newly engaged couples too!! 🙂
