I just have to say what an honor it is to be hired by someone to shoot their wedding when they are the industry themselves! Kristie works at Chez Event Space (one of our favorite venues!) and so she’s seen a LOT of wedding photos come through her office over the years and we were just so humbled when she asked us to document she and Kyle’s love story!!! We are SO excited for their big day next January and even more so after spending a chilly January day with them for their engagement session recently!!
We started at Olive Park for some beautiful skyline photos in the most perfect golden light (and crazy ice!!) and ended it in an impromptu change of plans in Navy Pier in the Crystal Gardens since it was getting a bit too cold and windy for Kristie’s dress/2nd outfit!! These two are so so beautiful together and just made my job so easy!!! Here are some of my favorites!!
