These two are the kind of people that make your heart feel all warm and fuzzy the minute you meet them!! Truly – they are the kind of people you just immediately feel GOOD around and who within minutes of meeting feel like you must have known them for more than just a few minutes! They truly have hearts of gold and are two of the most selfless people we’ve met. I shared this story on Instagram – but I had to share more here. We were heading down for the first look – just the videographer, Hailey and myself, and a family jumped on the elevator with us when it stopped at a floor along the way. The woman immediately started gushing over Hailey and asking her all sorts of questions about her wedding, to which Hailey followed up with – “How is your day going??” and genuinely meant it. She paused to wait for the woman’s answer, though the woman was so caught up in questioning Hailey that she glossed over the question anyway – but it was clear by the tone in Hailey’s voice that she was just as interested to hear how their day was going as they were invested in hearing about Hailey’s day. I don’t know if you’re aware – but the normal response is usually for a bride just to say thank you when people compliment her and go about the rest of the elevator ride without giving the strangers a second thought. But it was clear for Hailey she wanted to know how this woman was actually doing and took the time to acknowledge them even though it was one of the most important days of her life! Alex is equally warm hearted and for all the people Hailey is always taking care of and checking on – Alex is the same way for Hailey!! He is always making sure she is good and has everything she needs – including lots of silly jokes that keep her always smiling when she’s with him!!
Given what a wonderful couple these two are – it should come as no surprise to you then that their day was truly magic!!! Kelly at Clementine Custom Events put the day together seamlessly and had an amazing team of vendors to create a truly picture perfect wedding for Hailey and Alex!!! I could not get over the beauty of it all and on top of that – how much JOY was in the room that evening!!!!

It was so sweet for you to think of us)!! We love you two and cannot wait to see what life has in store for you!! Please please hit us up when you’re back in town and come meet the boys!!
