Infertility is something I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy, but I must say – in retrospect it did make my life so much richer in all it taught me, the gratitude it brought me, and the people I met along the journey. Kaela was one of those people – and I’m SO thankful to know this amazing woman!! She has the sweetest family and she is one of the most encouraging and down to earth people I know. She is an AMAZING mama to her beautiful twin girls, Sydney and Gianna, and I not so secretly wish she would have had her girls before me so I could have seen her blaze the trail and show me how it was done! I’ve been watching her in retrospect since her girls are 4 months younger than our boys and am constantly wishing I had her to tell me/show me how it was done! While I feel like I was often flailing around just trying to make things work (especially in those newborn days) – I swear she has it so together! (She swears that isn’t true – but I must say – she is just as humble as she is encouraging and so I think she maybe just doesn’t see what all of us on the outside see!!!) 😉 Anyway – I was lucky enough to get to document her beautiful family recently as they get ready to ring in the girls’ 1st birthday this week and it was so wonderful to finally meet her in person after cheering each other on via Instagram for years now!
