I truly love nothing more than when we get to be along with client’s from the moment they first said “Yes! I’ll marry you!“ to the moment they say “I do!” It is such a tremendous honor to get to document all of these magical moments in their lives and by the time their big day rolls around they feel like family to us!! I still remember Marc’s first inquiry with us like it was yesterday! He was SO excited to propose to Mary Elizabeth and wanted it to all go off without a hitch. It seemed meant to be for us to work together given that we randomly had scheduled some time off during that time, which allowed us to make one little exception for Marc and Mary Elizabeth! 😉
It was clear from the moment we met these two that they are something special… as individuals and even more so – together. They are both incredibly driven (with Mary Elizabeth graduating medical school this spring and Marc working toward his MD and MBA), and even more importantly – they have hearts of gold. They are so good to those around them (which was so evident seeing them with their closest friends in their bridal party on their big day!) and even went out of their way during this insanely busy time for them to send us adorable Wisconsin polos for our boys!! Who even thinks of that when they’re in the middle of med school AND planning a wedding?!
I kind of feel like their day was a dream since it was so sunny and beautiful, and lately it has been all doom and gloom again! Did that gorgeous day really happen?! So much sunshine, joy and one seriously awesome celebration!!!
Marc & Mary Elizabeth ~ I know we say this all the time – but you two really are like family to us! We first met you when our boys were only baking in my belly for a month or so, and now – almost 2 years later you two are so special to us! It has been amazing to be a part of all these important chapters in your lives and we are so excited to witness all the wonderful things yet to come for you two!!! Wishing you the very best, ALWAYS!
