Truly nothing makes us happier than when clients we loved send their loved ones our way!! So when I saw the inquiry from Ann in our inbox (sister to Kelly!) – I was soooo excited for the opportunity to work with the whole Wedell family again!! And what is even better (and I suppose not surprising at all) is that Tom’s family was equally amazing and so much fun to spend the day with!!
We had a seriously perfect day for their April 1st wedding after a full week of doom, gloom and rain – and we couldn’t have asked for more!! When I woke up that morning to see the sun shining brightly, I couldn’t wait to get out the door and get the day going!
Ann and Tom are the sweetest, no fuss, laid back couple, and we couldn’t have asked for better people to kick off our 2017 wedding season!! The way these two look at each other and always, always keep each other smiling is contagious and so beautiful to witness! They had the most heartfelt ceremony, and the musical performances by their loved ones (including Ann’s dad) had everyone in the church in tears (yes, me too, always)!! Oh my gosh. I can’t even explain what a perfect moment that was!! Then once the formalities were over and these two were officially husband and wife – we headed to Independence Grove to get the celebration started… and it is safe to say these families know how to party!! The dance floor was going non-stop from the moment it opened and we had a blast documenting all the joy!
Ann & Tom ~ We can’t thank you enough for your generosity and kindness you showed to us throughout this process! You guys are truly the sweetest couple and Kelly wasn’t lying when she said Ann is the kindest person she knows (and I’d say it is safe to say you are too, Tom). Thank you for having us along to document your beautiful day with your awesome crew of loved ones!! We will never forget it!
