I’m not sure where to start with this beautiful weekend we were able to be a part of!! What an absolute honor it was to document all the love around Mollie and Dave as they rang in their wedding weekend in Lake Geneva!! We joined them for their rehearsal dinner, which was a sunset boat cruise on Lake Geneva, on Friday night… which was such a great way to get to know their family and friends – and see these two as they excitedly prepared for their wedding!! Then came the big day… a seriously perfect fall day in Lake Geneva, with the leaves starting to change, and the sun shining brightly!! These two could not have asked for a more beautiful October day to celebrate with their families under a tented reception on Dave’s family’s property (which used to be an old Girl Scout camp!! SO COOL!!)!! The day was truly flawless from start to finish – much in thanks to Mollie & Dave’s impeccable taste, and the perfect execution of planning the day by all the amazing ladies at LK Events!!
Beyond all the beautiful details though – was the true heart of it all – the love between Mollie and Dave. To say that I cried a bit on their wedding day would be the world’s biggest understatement. I was just so overwhelmed by how inspiring these two are together – I couldn’t stop getting emotional!! They are both incredibly wonderful, intelligent, and talented people in their own right… but together, they become something even better. The way they look at one another… smile in the other’s direction… the way Dave gently touches Mollie’s face as he looks at her almost in awe… I mean. I just can’t even handle it! They are the sweetest, and what is just as amazing – is that they are equally wonderful to every person they encounter in life – whether it be family, friends, strangers, or the wait staff. They are truly beautiful people inside and out, and we were so thankful to witness and document their beautiful wedding day.
Mollie & Dave ~ Sorry for the novel above, but I couldn’t go without saying it!! You two truly are phenomenal people and we are so honored to have met you and to document your story for you to look back on always. We can’t thank you enough for treating us so well and for being so kind. Your love is truly inspiring and we know you two have an amazing life ahead.
