I have honestly been looking forward to this wedding since I got the first inquiry from Ann & Francis that included a video from their seriously awesome proposal!!! Then they flew us out to San Francisco for their engagement session – and I REALLY could not wait for their wedding! We got to know these two so well over that trip and just absolutely fell in love with them!! They are such a special couple and the way they love one another is SO incredibly inspiring. (And their love for their three adorable pups had me at “hello” too, of course!!) They are such down-to-earth, beautiful (inside & out!), talented, and humble souls… and James and I are really so very honored to call them friends and to have been there to document their truly unique and beautiful wedding day! They had so many personal touches throughout the day, from Francis’ dad’s watch that he wore, to the beer glasses Francis designed to use as escort cards (a nod to Revolution Brewery, which you’ll see as you get to them in the post!) – it was all so wonderful!!
Francis & Ann ~ Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for having us along to document this beautiful day!! And thank you from the bottom of the Little Buddies’ tiny little hearts for taking such good care of me throughout your day… always making sure I had food and water and insisting James and I get through the buffet line along with you two! It honestly meant the world and you showed us time and time again that you two are such beautiful souls and being around you makes us want to be better people too. Thank you for being such an inspiration and for reminding us why we love this crazy thing we get to call our “job” so very much. It is because of people like you. We wish you two nothing but the best and all the happiness in the world! We know you have one awesome life ahead of you full of so much love (and puppy cuddles… and Leland snores) and are so excited you’re back in Chicago so we can hopefully be along to witness some of it! 😉 Enjoy looking through these images from your perfect day!!
