I love it when my couples choose locations for their engagement sessions that are meaningful to them! Because we won’t be able to get to Logan Square on their upcoming wedding day (23 days away! but who’s counting?!), Kim and Chris decided to do their engagement session in Logan Square, where they live and where Chris proposed!
I had so much fun wandering around a new (to me) neighborhood and being inspired by everything around me! Couples often worry if I haven’t shot somewhere before – but I actually really prefer to shoot in new locations because I can be freshly inspired and shoot from my heart, not what I already know & am comfortable with! 🙂
Kim and Chris met me at the monument in Logan Square where Chris proposed and we headed around the neighborhood from there. It was supposed to rain that night – but instead it was perfectly beautiful and sunny! Perfect for this fun session!! 🙂
