I’m super excited to share this session with you guys! I had the best time with these two – who share the same humor as I do (well, at least they were laughing at my goofy humor!), and always keep each other smiling! I knew I’d get along with them before even meeting – because when Kelly first contacted me she told me that Mike stood up in one of our couple’s weddings this past summer (Ashley & Kurt)! (And let’s be honest – anybody who is friends with our couples – I end up loving!) So of course once I realized that – I had to go back through the photos and see if I had any of the two of them from that day – and was stoked to see I did! Here they are busting a move at the reception! Love it! (It is kind of random that I actually have photos of them as a couple dancing together out of all the guests there! I think we were meant to be! ;))
Anyway – a few months later we met up for their own engagement session and were lucky to have a beautiful day in October to wander around their old stomping grounds (and where they met – Kincade’s!), and then headed over to the industrial district for some gritty, urban Chicago engagement photos! Here are some of my favorites from their session! (And I just have to say 1. I want Kelly’s bracelet, and 2. She has some of the most piercing blue eyes I’ve ever seen. So pretty!!)
